A variety of calcium salts are available. Some are derived from natural products such as bone or oyster shell. Calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate products contain the highest amount of calcium per serving (approxiÂmately 40%). Calcium lactate and calcium gluconate contain the least amount of calcium per serving.

Precautions:

Tartr Eulllo: Some of these products contain the dye tartrazine Which can cause allergic reactions in certain individuals. Check package labalel when available or consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Guidelines for Use:

Take in divided doses with meals to enhance absorption.
Do not exceed the recommended dose, unless advised to do so by your doctor.
Most people on regular diets do not need vitamin supplements.
Store at room temperature (59Â° to 86Â°F). Keep out of the reach of children.
